The
Del Mar Guest House is situated mid terrace on a level
street in the centre of Llandudno. Access to
the front door is across a level concrete car park
which is marked for 5 cars. Parking spaces are not
reserved. The front door is 860mm wide and has a small trim
2cm high and opens into the hallway & reception
proceeding though the hail way the first door on the
right is
into the residents lounge which is 810mm wide, the
next door
on the right is into the dinning room and is also
810mm wide. There are no bedrooms on this ground floor.
The
stairs are 870mm wide which has 14 steps to first
landing plus 3 steps on the turn to the first floor
(each step is 19cm high) Though the fire door 715mm
wide to
